www.calorieking.com -that features tons of weight loss tools. They are known for their calorie calculator, which I use frequently. It can be a real eye opener to see exactly how many calories are in your favorite foods. It is especially helpful because they also list foods from restaurants and fast food places in their database. I was shocked to see that my favorite chicken dish at Chili's was 1200 calories. Yikes! That is almost a whole day's worth of calories for me. So I don't order that anymore. Knowledge is power
2. Total Health- If you want to lose weight without dieting then try Hgh(Human Growth Hormone). It is clinically shown to destroy fat cells and build muscle. Hgh also gets rid of the effects of aging. You mey not actually lose weight using Hgh , but your pants that were too tight will fit after a few months of injectable Hgh at home blood test
Mortgage sites
3.Millions of home owners are in foreclosure having trouble paying their mortgage . New laws to stop foreclosure are calling for government backed loan modification for borrowers. Banks are hesitant to do a loan modification for many reasons and they like to avoid foreclosure and do not want to take back your house. Congress will vote on a bill to stop foreclosure with a loan modification in a few months. This should help the foreclosure crisis My husband and I bought a home 3 years ago and since Countrywide had the lowest interest rate that we could find on a 15 year home loan, we went with them. A great FICO score can get you the best rate from any company you choose to borrow from. Everything went great.......no problems......we pay our note a week before it is due and other than a few bothersome phone calls in the beggining trying to get us to re-finance at a better rate (which there was none -- was just a mass phone call pitch to everyone with loans) we have had no problems with them.
We did not get a home above our means or a note that we could not afford. We did not have to call them to re-negotiate our loan because we did it right the first time.
I see all this bashing against a company that is only "partially" to blame.....the buyers are the other party that should take responsibility. I understand that people get in binds and need help from time to time, but it is NOT the lender of your home loan that should bail you out of a problem that you yourself helped create. If you find yourself in a situation that you have to have help in, then bite the bullet and get the help. No use complaining, because for those of us that did it right the first time and knew not to over-extend ourselves we are tired of hearing the complaints.
This company is just like any other......they are not different....the other loan companies did the same thing as Countrywide but not on such a high level. So, if you are complaining about them, there are other people complaining about the other companies who they have their loans with.
Countrywide is not obligated to go above and beyond just to get you out of the jam that you and them agreed to be in.
If you had managed your money and prepared for your future before you agreed to take out a loan with them, you would not be in the situation you are in and need their help to get out of it.
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in.
Overall, I have no complaints about them as my current mortgage company, nor do I have any complaints about any of my credit card companies, or my car loan company, or any other company that I choose to borrow from.

Don't get sucked in by "what have you got to lose-freebie online dating sites just gather dust unless they are supported by many users and attract people with a shred of decency. Otherwise you may not hear from a "prospect" except for once a month, he/she may have something to hide, or is just playing around. Many freebies no matter how attractive on the outside, cannot compete with the global fat cats like Match.com and American Singles. It's like the mom and pop's online dating site that can lose out to Wal-Mart and Target.
Some of you may have heard of Matchdoctor.com. DO NOT BOTHER,it is a waste of time for reasons which I will give below
1) 9 out of 10 members is married or bisexual (many are just as bold in declaring this on-screen, which tells you that no respectable human being spends much time on MatchDoctor an online dating site.
2) 9 out of 10 members does not even bother to put up a live sex picture off themselves (surprise, there hiding something)
3)their system just use those annoying ads as an excuse to try to get users to "upgrade" their online dating membership (i'm sure)What kind of an inhumane parasite tells people "Get rid of annoying banner ads! Upgrade to a paid membership!" Is that really going to change the output that much? Think about it.That is just plain stupid!! No sane web dater would pay one red cent to not have to look at advertisements.Spend money just to keep hearing form and looking at the same old online dating site losers?? Real brilliant. H8 MatchDoctor!!
4) The navigation and live sex search tools are shitty; people hardly bother to read what I'm looking for and that "essay page" is never used
5) User profiles are half-baked with no thought put into them. "Nice, funny guy, looking for the same," Well, buddy, I really learned a lot about you.
6) The entire Matchdoctor population is only interested in playing email tag,cyber-live sex chat,or just playing head games. People, get a life. Why should I talk to antisocial dipwads who live five states away when there are plenty of you in my locality? Their database isn't that tiny, and I don't care how nice you seem, I am not interested in a man five states away unless it's for the long haul. (Are we hiding something, fellas, or afraid of being found out if you lived close by?)
7)Profiles are outdated; like people must stick a free profile up there and then forget that they are in the live sex chat system. Otherwise, why do I only hear from "new" members whenever I do?
8)AdultMatchDoctor, their kinky cousin site, is no different.A lot of the same thing-just shittier clientele. DO I LOOK LIKE I'D LIKE TO HAVE CYBER-SEX WITH ITS LOSERS?? How low can you get if you aren't even there to f*** anybody?? (Besides, I think a lot of MatchDoctor users are sneaking around on a live sex site like AdultMatchDoctor-just a thought..)
Bottom line, free sites are not worth their salt if all they are or become is a safe haven for losers, sociopaths, marrieds and serial net-addicts.What do you have to lose? Lots of your valuable time. At least take the time to talk to a loser that is interested in actually dating you.
